Kreative Advances was founded by Kaitlyn Flynn in 2020. Throughout the past few years, Kaitlyn is based in Union County but travels across NJ from Hudson County to the Jersey Shore. She has been a licensed clinician for over seven years and has worked with clients across the lifespan. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, sensory clinics, homes, as well as medical settings. 

Additionally, Kaitlyn holds DIR (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based) certification, which indicates her proficiency in a specialized, holistic approach to therapy. The DIR model emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting a person’s unique developmental needs, as well as focusing on emotional and relational development to guide therapy.

Her professional approach combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate understanding of each client's individual needs, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their specific goals and developmental stage. Through her training and experience, Kaitlyn is able to support children and adults in improving functional independence, social skills, and overall quality of life.

 Additionally, Kaitlyn has obtained certifications as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist, Feeding therapist, as well as is certified in Physical Agent Modalities. She is also certified in the Handwriting without Tears program, specialized in K-2. Kaitlyn uses an evidence-based approach for her treatments and is passionate about helping others. 

She works directly with both the child and their families to ensure that a "Kreative", individualistic, and thorough plan of care is created for each child. At the end of the day, she is there to help kids reach their full potential while having fun!
